Fair Play to City law firm RPC. First it sent one of its bright young things — trainee solicitor Julio Ketteley — on secondment, and then it allowed him to head to South America compete on Brazil’s version of The Taste, fronted by Nigella Lawson in the UK and US.

Ketteley battled his way through to the final, despite having to take on bush-tucker-like trials.

“I knew what to do with a pig’s head, but ants?” he exclaims, adding that the key ingredient in both his loves is passion: “Passion brings commitment. Passion for the law and passion for food.”
